How does billing work?
Annual contracts, billed up front and aligned with your fiscal year. One invoice for the full term so your procurement team isn't chasing monthly POs. We accept payment by check, ACH, or credit card, and we'll work with whatever PO format your finance office uses.
Are there long-term contracts?
Most jurisdictions sign annual agreements aligned with their fiscal year. We're flexible if you need a different structure. No hidden cancellation fees.
How long does implementation take?
Small jurisdictions are usually live in 2-4 weeks. Multi-department rollouts with integrations and data migration typically run 6-12 weeks. An onboarding lead drives the timeline so the work doesn't fall on your IT staff.
Can you help with data migration from our current system?
Yes. Data migration is included in every plan. We've moved data off the major 311 platforms and legacy spreadsheets. Existing case history, service catalogs, and subscriber lists come with you.
What training is included?
Training is included. Live sessions for staff, walkthrough videos for new hires, and a train-the-trainer track for your power users so you don't depend on us forever.
What kind of support do you offer?
Every jurisdiction gets a named account contact plus email and phone support, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Response times are spelled out in writing in your service agreement, not buried in a help center page.
